Quick Setup Guide
Welcome to Your Water Chiller Setup Guide!
We’re excited to help you get your Water Chiller up and running for a refreshing, perfectly chilled ice bath experience. Follow these easy steps to ensure a smooth installation and optimal cooling performance.
Step 1: Unbox & Stabilize
• Carefully unpack all hoses and equipment.
• Allow the chiller to sit undisturbed for 2-6 hours so the internal gases can stabilize, just like a refrigerator.
Step 2: Find the Perfect Spot
• Place the chiller in a well-ventilated area, where you plan to use it, to ensure efficient cooling.
Step 3: Fill with Water
• Fill the chiller with water to the recommended level for optimal cooling.
Step 4: Secure Water Connectors
• Double-check that both water connectors on top of the chiller are tightly attached. Use the sealing rings provided.
• Be careful not to over-tighten to avoid damaging the connectors.
Step 5: Connect the Hoses
• Connect the 2-meter hose to the water connector using the clamps provided.
• Attach the 1-meter hose to the opposite water connector in the same way.
• Place the free end of the 2-meter hose into your ice bath (or use an additional valve if available).
Step 6: Set Up the Water Pump
• Fill the 1-meter hose with water and connect it to the water pump.
• Ensure the arrow on the pump points toward the chiller for proper flow.
Step 7: Assemble the Filter
• Connect and fill the filter assembly with water. The pump will start automatically when water is detected.
• Attach the 0.4-meter hose to the filter, filling it with water.
• Make sure no air remains in the hose or filter to prevent any blockages.
Step 8: Connect to Your Bath
• Attach the hose to your ice bath’s connector or simply place it in the water.
• If you’re using a different setup (like a bathtub, jacuzzi, or ice barrels), submerge the hose ends in the water to start circulating.
Step 9: Power Up
• Plug in both the chiller and water pump to separate sockets.
• Power them on and let them run to begin cooling.
Important Notes:
• The water pump is designed to push water efficiently. Keep it positioned below or close to the tub for consistent pressure.
• Make sure to fill the chiller with water before connecting the hoses, pump, and filter.
• Always ensure all components (pump, hoses, chiller, and filter) are filled with water to avoid damage.
